After the visitor has been directed to the merchant's site and when purchases, are made, Interneka Affiliate retrieves the information earlier stored about the "initiating" affiliate and then credits the affiliate with relevant remuneration. The affiliate is subsequently paid by the webmaster for placing links on their webpage promoting and helping to sell the webmaster's products. The typical affiliate referral of visitors to the webmaster's website follows these steps:

1. Visitor surfs to affiliate website.

2. Visitor clicks on banner on the affiliate website. Visitor is brought to Interneka Affiliate temporarily where a redirection is performed.

4. Visitor surfs the webmaster website, purchasing a few items.
